Refund Policy

In the event that you require a refund; the refund will be the value of the product purchased and your order will be refunded to the original payment method that the purchase was received with. Refunds must be initiated within 30 days of you receiving your item(s).

Refunds may take up to 7-14 days after the purchased item has been received.  You will receive a notification once the process of the refund has been started and once complete. 

Please note that all costs and charges that are associated with your return such as customs and shipping (this includes any import fees for orders sent with Free Express shipping), will be your responsibility.  

Please be sure to provide your proof of postage once the item has been shipped.  Returned items will remain your responsibility until they have been received at our facility.
