With OATH, your customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product’s, we will issue a full refund. The refund will be the value of the product purchased, postage fees will not be included, no exchanges or store credit and items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that are received after our 30-day return period will not be accepted if you requested a refund. Instead, you will be provided with a store credit code for the value of the returned item.
We currently do not provide free return labels; you will be responsible for the return postage on your return/s. Returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the courier, in case you need to contact us or in the event that your return is lost in transit.
If your order has been lost in transit, without sufficient proof of postage, we will not be able to process any return requests. However, if you are able to provide a postage receipt or a tracking number for your return, we'll provide you with OATH store credit.
To qualify for an exchange: Items must be unworn (apart from trying on). All tags, clips, and packaging must be included. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible. Please contact us with your order number via email: email@example.com to start the process.
