ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Changed your mind? You can cancel free of charge until your order leaves our warehouse. 

1. Cancelling Before Dispatch 

You can cancel any order at no cost until it is dispatched, which is usually within 2 business days of ordering. Email support@oathofficial.com or WhatsApp us with your order number. 

If you paid online, we start your refund within 2 business days of cancelling. It usually reflects in your account in 5  to 7 business days. 

2. After Dispatch 

Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot cancel it. If the watch is faulty, damaged or wrong when it arrives, our Return & Exchange Policy covers you. 

3. Refusing Delivery 

If you refuse a parcel at the door, or it comes back to us because delivery could not be completed: 

• Prepaid orders are refunded once the parcel reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, less the  actual shipping cost we incurred both ways. 

• Cash on Delivery orders are simply cancelled, as no money has changed hands. The Partial payment paid on the checkout page will be non refundable.

If Cash on Delivery orders are refused repeatedly from the same account, phone number or address, we may limit that account to prepaid orders only. We will tell you if this happens. 

4. When We May Cancel an Order 

Occasionally we have to cancel an order ourselves. We will always contact you first and refund you in full within 5  business days. This can happen when: 

• The item is out of stock or has been discontinued 

• There was a pricing or product description error on our website 

• Your delivery address is not serviceable, or the address given is incomplete 

• Our payment or fraud checks flag the transaction 

• The order looks like a bulk or resale purchase rather than personal use 

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may  decline the order for the reasons above.
