3. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At OATH, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it simple.
3.1 Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
3.2 Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags, protective stickers, and labels must be intact.

The watch must be returned in its original OATH packaging (box, pouch, care card, etc.).

You must have the original invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

An unboxing video is recommended (though not mandatory) to support claims related to damage or missing items.
3.3 Valid Reasons for Return

Manufacturing defect: a verifiable fault in materials or craftsmanship present at the time of delivery.

Damage during transit: physical damage to the product that occurred during shipping, supported by photographic or video evidence reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect product delivered: the product received does not match the item ordered in terms of model, variant, or specification.
3.4 Non-Returnable Items

Watches that have been worn, scratched, resized, or altered in any way.

Accessories such as standalone straps, watch tools, and gift cards.

Products purchased during final-sale or clearance promotions (unless stated otherwise).
3.5 How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@oathofficial.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address at no cost to you.

The return pickup will be scheduled within 2–4 business days of approval.
3.6 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different colour or model of equal or higher value (you will be charged the difference). To exchange, simply initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want.
3.7 Refund Processing

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received at our facility and passes quality inspection.

Quality inspection typically takes 2–3 business days from receipt of the returned item.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the bank account details you provide.

Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, defect, or transit damage).
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@oathwatches.in.
3.8 EMI Order Returns
For orders placed using EMI payment options, the refund will be credited to the financing account. Any processing fees charged by the EMI provider may be deducted from your refund and are non-refundable by OATH.
3.9 Sale Period Policy
Products purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes are eligible for return under the same conditions outlined above, unless the promotion is explicitly marked as “Final Sale — No Returns.” Any discount applied to the original order will be adjusted from the refund if the return causes the order to fall below the promotion threshold.
