1. SHIPPING POLICY
At OATH, every watch leaves our website with the same care and intention with which it was made. We want your unboxing experience to feel as considered as the timepiece inside.
1.1 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India, delivering to all serviceable pin codes through our trusted logistics partners.

1.3 Shipping Methods & Charges

Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Express Shipping available for select metro pin codes at a fixed fee.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
1.4 Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
1.5 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS/WhatsApp containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also track your order anytime by visiting the “Track My Order” page on our website or by logging into your OATH account.
1.6 International Shipping
At this time, OATH ships only within India. We are working on expanding to international destinations and will update this page when international shipping becomes available.
1.7 Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, or high-volume periods (festive seasons, sale events). If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at support@oathwatches.in and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
1.8 Undelivered / Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply for COD re-shipments). Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.
1.9 Damaged in Transit
All OATH watches are shipped in tamper-proof, cushioned packaging to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or a video of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Unboxing Video (Recommended)
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your OATH package. This helps us quickly resolve any issues related to damage, missing items, or discrepancies. Your unboxing video should show the outer packaging, shipping label, and the complete contents of the box, recorded in one continuous take without cuts.
