OATH watches use high-quality Japan quartz movements, known for their precision and reliability. Specific movement details are listed on each product page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery takes 3–4 business days. Express delivery is available for metro pin codes at a nominal charge. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed timeframes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. The watch must be unused, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in its original OATH packaging. Please see our full Return & Exchange Policy for complete details.
What warranty do OATH watches come with?
Every OATH watch comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in movement, case, and crystal. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, physical damage, water damage to non-water-resistant models, or damage from unauthorised servicing.
Are OATH watches water-resistant?
Water resistance varies by collection. Each product page specifies the water resistance rating (e.g., 3 ATM, 5 ATM). We recommend avoiding prolonged water exposure, hot water, swimming, and diving unless the specific model is rated for it. Please refer to the care card included with your watch for detailed guidance.
